My name is Lyn Hilt, and this is Design to Learn, a portfolio-of-sorts featuring some of my instructional design work, educational background, and professional experiences.
I approach instructional design through a learning lens, first and foremost. With over 24 years of experience in K-12 teaching and administration, online course development and teaching in higher education settings, and professional development designer and facilitator for adult learners, I will help you assess your students’ needs to ensure all learning outcomes are achieved in ways that empower your learners.
